From The Heart - I

Here Is A Story Of Guys Like Us. Let Us Define “Us” First. There Are Twenty Percent girls in all at an engineering college. Next Twenty Percent People Are Their Boy Friends. Next Ten Percent Are Like A Cutlet In Between Two Breads(Kawab Me Haddi). Now, the rest Fifty percent are “Us”.
So, we are presenting some lines; which very appropriately match our situation.
“My life is brilliant,
My love is pure.
I saw an angel.
Of that I'm sure.
She smiled at me at the mall road.
She was with another man.
But I won't lose no sleep on that,
'Cause I've got a plan”
These lines are very apt when we see them for the very first time, chatting and walking happily on none other than at our very own mall road. Before seeing them our life was very dazzling and sparkling. Then we see this girl. They are always accompanied by some boy (space) friend. Despite of that we are always determined to get pass through this firewall.
“Yeah, she caught my eye,
As we walked on by.
She could see from my face that I was,
Flying high,
And I don't think that I'll see her again,
But we shared a moment that will last till the end.”
Many moments come in due course, in which glances are exchanged. It is quite evident from our body language that we are ecstatic from being noticed for a brief moment. But, afterwards we do realise that this is all temporary and will end as the bubble of our dream will burst. But the good thing is that we do get a memory, which remains inscribed for a really long time.
“You're beautiful. You're beautiful.
You're beautiful, it's true.
There must be an angel with a smile on her face,
When she thought up that I should be with you.
But it's time to face the truth,
I will never be with you.”
Now, the time comes when we are madly into them. We start to connect everything with them. Our happiness, sadness, fears and all other emotions. At last, comes the phase of reality. We do realise that given the chance by time earlier, we could have got our wishful destiny. But truth is: we were never meant for them and never will be.
